The story of Fiorucci dates back to the 1850s when Innocenzo Fiorucci, owner of a small meat shop in Norcia, would travel to Rome every winter to sell Norcinetto, a delicious dry sausage from his hometown. After years of successful sales, Innocenzo settled in Rome and opened his own shop, specializing in the traditional preparation of cured meats.
One of Innocenzo's visionary sons, Cesare, created a chain of Norcinerie, which quickly became popular in Rome. The Fiorucci family's dream of providing delicious products worldwide became a reality. They partnered with Campofrio Food Group, an international meat processing group, to spread the story of these authentic Italian specialties around the world.

Our All Natural Sopressata is a cured, fermented, air-dried pork salami made from pork that has never been administered antibiotics. Sopressata is made in a similar style to salami, but it has a coarser grind and is delicately seasoned with whole peppercorns for an even more refined flavor.
